按摩球的好處是能夠在動作上配合去按摩筋膜,改善身體上的繃緊與疼痛,尤其針對肩頸、背部、臀部等常見痛點的深層放鬆。陰瑜伽的伸展動作,能夠提升身體柔軟度與關節空間,促進血液循環,改善疲勞與睡眠質素,釋放深層緊張,連結內在、放慢節奏,做到真正的放鬆下來。
Using yoga therapy balls to apply targeted pressure to deep muscle layers, paired with the long, nourishing holds of Yin yoga, this practice gently unlocks tension in those hard to reach areas. Step by step, the body is encouraged to open, soften, and release—allowing deep relaxation to unfold from the inside out.
Therapy balls work seamlessly with mindful movement to stimulate the fascia, helping to ease tightness and discomfort throughout the body. They are especially effective for deeply relaxing common problem areas such as the shoulders and neck, back, and hips. Combined with Yin yoga’s slow, sustained stretches, this practice enhances flexibility, creates more space in the joints, boosts circulation, and supports better sleep quality. As deep seated tension melts away, you’re invited to reconnect inwardly, slow down, and truly let go—leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply at ease.
